Accessing my account with out permission


I went in to metro pcs to pay my 40 dollar plan this guy behind the register told me it would be 38 dollars I said no it should be 33 or 46 dollars because that's what the last bill was I have my old texts messages metro sent me so this guy was on the wrong plan l believe he was trying to rip me off five dollars an yes I know 33 plus 5 is 38 but I didn't ask for one gig so if he was trying to force me to pay for a gig then this was the problem it's all on camra I had no problem with this Saginaw storeuntill this day so the manager came out an have me one free gig an i got back on my old plan witch was 33 dollars he said he was going to give me a discount I said cool this was a hasle he trying to make up for his employees mistakes so I said ok well now he's going over board an giving me 2 extra gigs on top of what he said what bothers me is he's watching my account an when it goes low on memory he puts a gig on it hes stocking my account know I thought it was cool be he's freaking me out was he an his employees that guilty nobody's that nice the only way for me to get 3 text messages saying low memory is for him to watch my account an when it goes low he adds if he ant watching me then what's the deal is he adding one gig every couple of days what's going on is he scard of being sued or what nobody's that nice so why add 15 dollars to me account I never gave him permission to do this
