    Im geting gigs that I didn't pay for on my phone I'm confused I agread to one additional gig for free for the stores employees mistakes this was saginaws store iv gotten two an it's crazy to complain about free gig who does that right well it's the way it's being done I'm geting gigs after iv ran out of gigs is he watching my phone an when I go low he adds to it I don't feel comfortable with this manager who gave me free gigs giving me free gigs the way he has 2 or 3 gig at onces means I'm only going to get one text message iv gotten two after the one...   • Accessing my account with out permission



    I went in to metro pcs to pay my 40 dollar plan this guy behind the register told me it would be 38 dollars I said no it should be 33 or 46 dollars because that's what the last bill was I have my old texts messages metro sent me so this guy was on the wrong plan l believe he was trying to rip me off five dollars an yes I know 33 plus 5 is 38 but I didn't ask for one gig so if he was trying to force me to pay for a gig then this was the problem it's all on camra I had no problem with this Saginaw storeuntill this day so the manager came out an have me one free gig an i got...   • Poor Experience dealer



    Business has been poor in my line of work so I thought I would try to open a business of my own. First I bought a Cell Phone from PCS. Then I had businesscards made up and magnetic signs for my vehicle. Yhese all displayed my Cell Phone Number. My plan was suppose to be a $45 per month with insurance. Right from the beginning I started having problems. I couldn't keep a charge on my battery for more than 24 hours. The phone was a very new phone/production wise.   • Bad customer service



    I have been a customer of Metro PCS for years now and I have realized that they are just the same as any other business promising something they cannot produce. This company will promise you the world, take you money and you will receive NOTHING in return. Their accounting system works very well because if you dare not to pay on the day the payment is due,,, you will not be able to even call them to complain !!!     This is the worst company I have ever dealt with. They promised me that if I didn't like the service or the phone I would get a full refund within 7 days or under one hour of talk time. I met both requirements, and now they're refusing to refund my money. On top of that, they initially signed me up for a more expensive plan than I asked for, messed up my password, made up ridiculous excuses for the bad call quality like, because I ported my number from another company I was experiencing bad reception.     I upgraded my phone to the samsung freeform and I drop calls back to back everyday. 2nd people on the other end say that I cut off when I talk or I sound garbled.
